The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide onsite and/or virtual courteous, professional, and confidential assistance to clients at AWE’s Community Center and other assigned community-based locations who need help accessing SNAP and other benefits.

• Follow-up with clients, assist with troubleshooting, and document outcomes in database systems.

• Regularly attend outreach events in order to provide public education to the community about the SNAP Program, with a focus on underserved immigrants and refugees.

• Provide financial coaching.

• Participate in supervisory and staff meetings.
