Partnering With the Community
Baltimore CONNECT unites community, faith-based, and neighborhood organizations in advocating for diverse resident needs and facilitating access to health and human services. With over 60 member organizations primarily serving low-income families in East Baltimore, our collective expertise reaches hundreds weekly. Our diverse skill sets enable us to effectively support various populations, including those navigating health insurance and healthcare services. While our focus is on healthcare access, we prioritize addressing broader social needs to empower individuals' overall well-being.
