The Brancati Center for the Advancement of Community Care is excited to bring you the DECIDE program to help stop Diabetes in our community. DECIDE stands for Decision-Making Education for Choices in Diabetes Every Day. This program is designed to help people identify what is getting in the way of managing their diabetes and equipping them with skills to develop solutions that will work in the context of their daily life.   

They are actively recruiting for our next DECIDE group which will start in June. The sessions will occur weekly to every other week for 4-5 months and will be held virtually using Zoom.
