In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and adhering to CDC guidelines UHI will be hosting their annual Social Determinants of Health Symposium virtually this year!

They are excited for this four-day symposia focused on building partnerships across Baltimore institutions, organizations, communities, government offices (etc.) to advance health equity. Attendees can look forward to artistic expression from local Baltimore artists, engaging dialogue among community, faith, political, government, and Hopkins leaders, and a graphic recording that will capture the conversation throughout the day.
