Healing is an important part of our Emancipation journey. In this presentation those who have community resources available to the public share their passion and resources with us in a prerecorded conversations with Ola Ibraheem.
10 AM - Forgiveness Meditation with Prophet N. Anyanwu Cox
This meditation will be facilitated by Prophet N. Anyanwu Cox, RN(Retired), M.Ed, Emotional Emancipation Circles' Licensed/Certified Facilitator, Sawubona Healing Circles Facilitator, UBUNTU Healing Circles Facilitator
11AM -1 PM Courageous Conversations regarding Racism
There is a need for radical healing in America in regards to racism. The healing needed is for both Blacks and Whites. However the healing needed is different for both. Therefore there will be two conversations One for people who identify as being of color, specifically of African descent and one for people who identify as White.

Dr. Venus Stewart will facilitate a discussion on Life Movements for Better Health. To prepare for this discussion you are asked to view a recording of the presentation called Integrating Black Love Day as a Life Movement for Better Health which was given on, Black Love Day, 2.13.21 before participating in a live discussion on Juneteenth.
4-6 PM - Virtual Parent Café - Celebrating Fathers
Virtual Parent Cafés are a free, safe space for parents of children birth - 5 to have meaningful conversations with other parents. The structured conversations give parents an opportunity to talk together about things that matter to them. They’re a great way to help us stay connected and keep our families strong during these difficult times. This month's theme is infant care. There will be two free raffle prizes.
