Nonprofit Organizations: Join the Mayor's Office of Recovery Programs on September 28

Learn About Baltimore's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding and the Application Process

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) has provided $641 million in one-time funding to the City of Baltimore in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its negative economic impacts. Mayor Brandon M. Scott has established the Mayor’s Office of Recovery Programs to administer this funding on behalf of the City via an application process.

The application portal will open to nonprofits on October 1, 2021. In advance of the application portal opening, the Recovery Office is hosting a virtual webinar on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Join us as we explain how ARPA funds can be used and the application process.

Register now to join the Mayor's Office of Recovery Programs on September 28 at 6:30PM.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email arp@baltimorecity.gov
