NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore is hosting a Mental Health Forum on August 18th from 5 - 6 PM with Healing Us Together (HUT).
The Healing Us Together (HUT) project is a community-based intervention program that helps people begin to heal from the historical and current effects of exposure to traumatic events in Baltimore, by offering them the tools to lead conversations about trauma within their communities. During the 1-hour forum, Dr. Paul Archibald and Terri Alexander will teach participants about how to engage people in conversations about trauma, and offer ways to connect with HUT to create spaces for such conversations to take place.
