NAMI Metro’s Spanish-language voicemailbox on their Helpline is now live! They have trained, Spanish-speaking volunteers ready to share mental health resources in Spanish to anyone who calls the helpline or sends them an email.
As they soft-launch this new feature of the helpline, callers will press 1 to indicate they’d like to speak to someone in Spanish and will be able to leave a voicemail and have their call returned within 48-hours of placing their call. Individuals are also welcome to email info@namibaltimore.org and expect a response in Spanish!
