Nuts and Bolts of Program Evaluation: Community Capacity-Building Workshop

The Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute is hosting, “Nuts and Bolts of Program Evaluation,” a community capacity-building workshop focused on developing effective program evaluation skills! The workshop is in-person at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Anna Baetjer Room (W1030), located on 645 N Wolfe St. Masks are required inside all Johns Hopkins buildings. Food will be served in accordance with Johns Hopkins’ safety guidelines.

The program is designed specifically to build academic relationships with the broader community — JHU faculty, staff, and students are ineligible to participate.

The in-person workshop provides Baltimore City community-based organizations the opportunity to learn how to:

  • Describe programs from an evaluation perspective

  • Gain knowledge and practice for developing a program logic model

  • Explore the different types of evaluations

  • Learn new monitoring and evaluation concepts

Space is limited and registration is required! For more information on registration / to RSVP, please see the link here. Please note that this workshop is highly participatory and space is limited to one person per organization to ensure that as many organizations benefit as possible!
