How has COVID-19 affected you? United Ways in Maryland are conducting a survey to help better understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the survey will help inform the allocation of resources and contribute to the ALICE report (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employment). This information will help them identify trends and local needs, and provide resources and support in this difficult time. This survey asks about you, your household, and what you are doing to get by.
Completing this survey should take about 10 minutes. Your responses are confidential, meaning that no one will be able to associate your name with your responses. The survey closes on April 5th and can be accessed here: uwcm.org/COVIDsurvey.
