The Baltimore City Health Department, Division of Aging and Community Support, is seeking a Health and Nutrition Program Manager. The position will oversee the Health Promotion Program, Brain Health Initiative, and support nutrition programs. This will include planning and directing activities, developing long range goals, managing program funds, and providing resources and services to program participants.
